Water Awareness Campaign Announces Scholarships

   The California Water Awareness Campaign has announced the availability of two scholarships for graduating high school or junior college students who are interested in pursuing a career in the water industry. Each winner will receive a $2,500 scholarship to the college of his or her choice. The award can be used for tuition or the purchase of books and class materials.

   Applicants must be California residents who are entering or attending an accredited four-year college or university in California. Applications will be accepted until mid-March. Applicants must provide transcripts, two letters of recommendation, a written essay and a completed questionnaire.
